Update Forum

I'd like to suggest that a new forum be added for updates with information on what the update was.  I'd also suggest the the forum be read only with no outside posting allowed so people can just jump in, see what was downloaded without reading through hundreds of posts.  If there are questions about the update, there are other places to post it.

Just a thought.
