My login name and password suddenly are not working

Tried to open up logos 5 on my computer -  it would not allow me to login with my correct email address and password.  It will however allow me to open offline.   How can I correct this?

I'm not certain Clifford, but there may be a communication problem with the Logos servers.  

If it persists you may want to contact Customer service, or alternatively post your logs here, they may give an indication of what is happening.

• Please enable Logging (http://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging ). 
• Replicate the problem, close but do not restart Logos until you've moved or uploaded your logs. (Logos rewrites logs when it starts). 
• Then upload your logs ( http://wiki.logos.com/Uploading_Logs ) so we can take a look.
