How do I cause Passage Guide to include all commentaries
After the Passage Guide completes there will be a hyperlink that says more at the end of the commentary list. Click it and all the commentaries in your library that have the passage under consideration will be listed.
Do you mean how to display more than six? Just click the "More>>" link in the Commentary section after the PG has finished generating to get all commentaries that have a matching section for the passage. If you're not seeing the ones you want in the first six, you can prioritize the ones you prefer in the Library window, and then they will display first in the list in the PG.
Or is this a different problem?
Have tried it before. Thanks.I think there's another way.
Post 656 and 15.
Thanks; I have tried that before; there seems to be another way, hopefully.
Have tried it before.
??? If you've tried it before did it not work?
I think there's another way.
??? Have you heard of another way? What Robert and Todd pointed out is the way to display all the commentaries that the passage guide has used. I know of no other way.
Clicking on 'more>>':
Isn't this what you are looking for?
What do you mean by Post 656 and 15? Forum posts? They aren't numbered like that. Could you provide links to the posts you are referring to? (Copy the URL from your browser and paste into your reply.)
Perhaps there are some commentaries in your library which are incorrectly identified in the metadata as something other than commentary. I imagine these wouldn't show up for you. There's a list of all the known problems with metadata here: http://wiki.logos.com/Metadata_correction_proposals. Check there and see if the ones you seem to be missing in your passage guide (even after expanding the list with "More>>") are on it.
Or are you just looking for a different way to do it besides clicking "More>>"? I.e., to make them all show up by default on the first try? I don't know of any. It would be nice to be able to customize this. I have created a special custom Passage Guide that only has the commentaries section in it, and I'd want to force it to always display all commentaries. But most people only care about and have time to delve into the top few anyway.
Make sure you have prioritized your top commentaries so the ones you want to see most often are always listed and you don't ever have to click "More>>" unless you want to see an exhaustive list including some of your less favored ones.
What do you mean by Post 656 and 15? Forum posts?
I believe he was getting this from the number of posts under Robert's and Todd's avatars.

Indeed, I'm sure you're right! Good sleuthing.
I think he means to display all the commentaries at the same time. Mine just does one. Can it open say 5 at once?
By 5 at once do you mean is there a way to have all five top commentaries open with a single click? The answer to that is no. One at a time.
