Now that Dynamic Pricing had been fixed and I saw that the Princeton Journals that had been stuck in CP were included I decided to order. I'm glad I wrote down my price before I ordered. I was offered a $223.48 dynamic price. When I completed the order the price was $254.35. The price went up $30.87 when I completed the order. How can this be?

I'm not certain what bug hit you there, but I would suggest a call to customer service to get it sorted.

Hmm Sarcasm is my love language. Obviously I love you.

I do remember one change I made before I executed the order. I had a bid on the Princeton CP Journals of $425 and I changed it to $50 since I was going to order the journals in the master bundle. My plan was to cancel the order later. Could this have affected the order? Generally CP items do not affect the number.

Community Pricing items are not really in your cart, so no.

Michael, I think Logos are still working out how to calculate dynamic pricing on this set and it is causing fluctuations for some. There are more details in another thread. If you check the product page for this new set, you'll set it's temporarily been withdrawn from sale whilst this issue is fixed.

    What Paul said is true.

An employee explained (on one of the other threads you posted this on) that some of the 1001 journals had prices already, some did not, and some had been assigned the wrong values.

For those (like me) that owned a lot of journals, the net effect was the price lowered from what I originally was willing to pay. For others this means the price goes up.

They have withdrawn the title from sale until they get it sorted out.

I am not really sure why I am typing this all out again. You were already told by Phil Gons to not worry about the price, and your reply was level headed.

Perhaps we should all wait until they get this settled!

    Yes, please! :)
