Every Collection of any sort sold by Logos should be tagged by Logos as part of that collection.

I'm thinking about the discussion about the Library of Early American History.
It seems like that kit should come with the tag "Library of Early American History" already on it.
The same for every package Logos sells.
This would make building collections even easier. I merely have to include tags.
As an example:
Collection: "Silver Diff" e.g. +tag:ScholarsGold -tag:ScholarsSilver

A Logos employee said a while back that would be simple for them to do with a faithlife group, said it shouldn't be too long before he could have something up... but then I haven't seen anything since.
It was specifically targeting base packages... but I'd like to see this (as you say) with differentials in there as well as auto-tagging for other collections I pick up. Would also like to see a tag based upon license type.
Is it academic? Is it a normal license? etc.L2 lvl4 (...) WORDsearch, all the way through L10,

Well there is already a faithlife collections group. I just realized that today. And it saved me some time by simply clicking: copy.
Then there is Community Tagging which crowdsources precisely this. But logos has all the lists on a spreadsheet somewhere, Implementing "this resource has been sold as part of these sets" should be relatively trivial... and accurate.

I've seen that group before my self, but I don't think it has documents for each "collection" that logos sells, or for the base packages does it?

Great idea and in my opinion, a no brainer...

Not yet, but I started building out the collection rules for one of them awhile back, it's actually not that hard.abondservant said:I've seen that group before my self, but I don't think it has documents for each "collection" that logos sells, or for the base packages does it?
Somewhere on here, someone did a spreadsheet with all the main collections. Didn't they?

Yeah, I'm involved with that.
Its not fully up-to-date with the advent of the denominational packages. But it does have every L5, and what we could find of the older packages (though not necessarily for every revision)

Note that users can share collections so if someone wished to make a Faithlife group ...
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

I know people are working on this, but I don't think it's ready to go yet.
Hopefully I'm not giving away any secrets, but try keeping an eye on https://faithlife.com/logos-product-collections/

Will the older packages be there as well? Or will we need to do those?L2 lvl4 (...) WORDsearch, all the way through L10,

Maybe but not complete, I have seen a few go up between yesterday and today
Happy Logos is doing this for us!
Randy - I wonder if it isn't time to duplicate our spreadsheet as a series of documents in a faithlife group? Everything but the omnibus page should be useful to someone in that format.L2 lvl4 (...) WORDsearch, all the way through L10,

Hey Ken,
I don't have any objection to doing that if it's useful to anyone. Would it be useful to have them as Logos documents? What form: a note? It does look like the tables can be pasted into a note, keeping the formatting (having to first copy from Google Sheets into Word, then copy from Word into Notes). Or would you just do a document for each BP separately? Eg Logos 4 Gold, Logos 4 Silver, etc? How would they be used?
EDIT:
Actually, I'me very impressed with the way it pastes the table into notes. Maybe that should be the new format for the public... It's probably still easier to do the basic work in Sheets and then transfer it. I think I like it.

I was thinking faithlife group documents, that way the collections can pop up into peoples libraries with a click.
