Upgrade issues with Language upgrade on Mac

I have just upgraded from starter package to language package. I downloaded the file and followed the normal procedure for Mac.
When I tried to open Logos it said that some of my resources were incompatible and that an upgrade is required.
I have tried several time with the same result. I can't even open Logos now...

Curious what file was downloaded ?
After upgrading a package, can launch Logos followed by using update now command to check for updated program and resources. When new resources have been licensed, files are downloaded followed by restarting Logos so resources can be indexed.

An upgrade required message could be caused by automatic update to Logos 5.2b SR-4 that was followed by replacing "Logos Bible Software" application with an older release: e.g. Logos 5.2b SR-3 since Logos 5.2b SR-4 was taken down => http://community.logos.com/forums/p/91447/635585.aspx#635585
If downloaded file was Logos application => https://www.logos.com/support/logos5/mac/install
Suggest contacting Logos => https://www.logos.com/contact because Logos 5.2b SR-5 has not (yet) been released.
Keep Smiling [:)]
