Shapes Palette in Sentence Diagram Partially disappears

I am having a problem with the shapes palette in the sentence diagram; if I dock the panel or lengthen it I loose two thirds of the palette disappears. I have tried scrolling or moving using arrow keys but all to no avail.

I know that the palette is still there, just need assistance on accessing it.

Sure I have included shots with the floating panel (Before) the elongated panel (elongated) and finally the docked panel (Docked)

We've had this problem reported recently. Unfortunately, we haven't been able to reproduce it in-house, so we don't yet have a fix or a workaround.

What is the screen resolution of your main monitor? Do you have Program Scaling or Default Text Size set to something other than 100%?

1920 x 1080 is the screen resolution (the recommended settings) text settings are all default. I live in Vancouver so I will look into dropping down to Bellingham to have someone in the office take a look at it, if that would be helpful.

Your screenshot shows that you have some kind of scaling turned on. It's hard to see what it is, because the image resolution is so low. (It could be the text size of this panel, the program scaling of Logos, or Windows' own scaling.) I think it very likely that's causing the bug. Can you check all three settings?

Life gets busy sorry I didn't get back to this, I have checked all the font settings, the panel, logos and windows all are at the default setting.
