Here's a book just published by Baylor by a friend of a friend of mine -- his former student at Westmont College and Fuller Seminary. My friend writes about it that it "will change the way we read Dietrich Bonhoeffer and all the recent Bonhoeffer biographies." I see Logos has been getting various Baylor titles. Would like to see this one.
Bonhoeffer's Black Jesus: Harlem Renaissance Theology and an Ethic of Resistance by Reggie L. Williams (Baylor, 2014)
And, by the way, I'd really appreciate it if Logos would start bringing books out in pre-pub as individual titles from the get-go. It is getting really tiresome to have to buy a $200 - $500 collection every time you want a new $20-50 book. One doesn't have to do that on Amazon.com or any other online book vendor for that matter. You can still offer the bundles too, for people who want to save more money, but please don't wait to unbundle them anymore. That's a pain.
