hi i want to learn the best ways of knowing if a word is past present future , or continuous tense when studying, does logos provide ant clear ways of doing this when clinking on a word
Darren,
Yes there is a very easy way to do this as long as you have one of Logos' Bibles in Reverse Interlinear form. Examples are The Lexham English Bible, the NASB95, the NIV, the KJV 1900, the ESV, the RSV and NRSV.
Hover your mouse over the word of interest and at the bottom of the Bible panel you should see a pop-up giving you not only tense, but the underlying Greek or Hebrew word, Strong's number, and other morphological information.
My mouse was hovering over the word "separate". You can see this verb is a future active indicative.
I'm assuming you are referring to a Greek text although what I say applies to Hebrew with the necessary modifications.
The best way is to know the language and the formation of the various tenses, but if you don't know this then you can hover over the word and the data will be displayed in the lower left corner of the screen.
Darren, you didn't mention what base package you might own. In Bronze and above you would have two resources to help you understand Greek and Hebrew morphology: The Greek New Testament Insert and The Hebrew Bible Insert.

Wiki has => https://wiki.logos.com/Extended_Tips_for_Highlighting_and_Visual_Filters#Examples_of_visual_filters with examples for highlighting morphological usage so can quickly "see" range of verbal expression.
