Tyndale Commentaries Installed in L3 but show no updates in Logos 4

I just got my copy of the Tyndale Commentaries and downloaded them in to L3, they work no problem on two different laptops, but I can not get the Logos 4 to find them, I have tried several times and each time it shows that there are no updates, has anyone else had this problem, if so how did you correct it?

Jim,

Could be just a delay in getting the license server updated with you new purchase. I assume you did synchronize licenses in 3.0.

You can also try the Scan command to force L4 to look in the directory where you loaded the 3.0 resources.

Jim, don't give up so quickly. There are others of us here waiting to answer your further questions. In the Wiki command reference you see:

Scan

Scan {Resource Path} finds unlocked books in a folder or on a disk. You must close Logos and reopen it before this command executes.

You type these commands into the command bar at the top of your Logos window.

Instead of {Resource Path} you need to provide the path on your computer to where your L3 resource files are stored. It should be:

On Vista:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Libronix DLS\Resources

On XP - the same but without (x86)

You might need to put quotes around that path; I'm not sure; can't test it right now since the scan command seems to be broken in the beta which I'm using.

No you don't need the quotes. But after typing in the command and hitting enter, as the instruction says, you must close and then reopen L4 for the scan to be executed. If the scan does not import the Tyndale files then there is a problem with the license on the server.

after giving up trying to get Tyndale to install on one computer for hours, I installed it with no problems on another one and came back to the first one and now it went right on!

Well now I tried to get it on a thrid computer and it won't go on I left it on over night and still nothing is happening. i have no idea what is going on, every computer took it in L3 and with time 2 out of three has taken it in logos 4 but I have no idea why any of them have worked, or not worked.
