What do you call all this stuff or how do I describe where my problems are?

It would be helpful to provide us with an annotated image of the program so that we can correctly draw attention to where we have problems.

I believe 1 is called the command bar.

In the last few hours, Bradley has called 2 the "reference box" while Bob has called it the "navigation box"

    Hi Damian,

    (1) This is the command bar - meant for quick access to, well, the commands, so try something like Create Notes, or KJV, or Set Program Scaling to ... Notice whenever you begin typing here the auto-complete results show you the available choices, so if you type in Open and begin typing in the name of your document (clippings, reading plan, etc) it will find it and show it to you, just hit enter when its selected.

    (2) We call these Reference boxes, but it really is a navigation box because it navigates your resource, I guess the two are interchangeable. However in the Guides I like to call it the reference box.

    Thanks George.

But, what I was really asking for was an annotated image in a sticky on the forums with screen shots and labelling. Every appliance comes with one so that instructions can be easily followed. It would make it easier to describe our problems or to ask questions or to give feedback if we could use a common set of terms.
