Cannot make font bigger on Note 4
I just got my Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and I was able to download my Bible OK but when I tried to read it, I was not able to get the text font size larger than "4" (4th from the left and 11th [all the way to the right] all show the same font size) .
At least this is the case in the preview screen.
When I see the real text, there is a slight change but not enough to make any practical difference.
I'm running 4.3.8 (build 286) -- the latest available on Google Play.
(On my Galaxy Note 2, I'm able to go all the way to the right "11" and the fonts are huge on both preview and main display).

Hi Danny,
This is a known issue - please see http://community.logos.com/forums/t/78363.aspx . There isn't currently a time frame for a fix.

It would be great if Logos would prioritize a fix for this. I brought up the same issue a full year ago for the Samsung Galaxy S4.

I also have a Samsung S-4 in which the Logos 6 font is way too small. Going from left to right it will adjust up to the 7th notch but that only increases the font from microscopic to tiny to small. It will not respond at all to attempted increases to the right of the 7th notch. The font would have to be significantly larger to be of practical use for me. I was about to submit a User Voice suggestion until I found this thread and the one from last year you referenced. I've only owned Logos for approximately six months. Sadly, after spending over $2000 on Logos software, I recently had to spend $20 on the Olive Tree Bible Study App just so I could read the NASB on my phone. In fact, I rarely even use the Logos Android App because of its small font. I hope the folks at Logos are able to improve this soon. I'm sure there are a lot of less vocal users with the same frustration.

A case has been written up but the issue has not yet been fixed. I'll ask the dev team about it.

Thank you Kevin! I'm encouraged to know the appropriate folks at Logos are addressing it. I appreciate you originally bringing it to their attention.

I don't know about anyone else, but this problem is really starting to drive me crazy. I previously had a Galaxy S3 and I used the app almost as much as I use my PC. I recently purchased the Note 4 with hopes of using the app even more with the bigger screen. Instead, I don't use it at all because the text is so small. With no fix on the horizon, I'm not going to invest anymore money to upgrade to Logos 6 when I can't even use what I already have.
I have been a customer for a long time, and this has been the worst response I have ever gotten from customer service and the support team.

I'm having the same problem as has already been stated. The fonts are too small to make it possible to read easily. I've used Logos for about 3 years now and used it as much or more on my phone as I do on my pc. I just upgraded my Galaxy S4 to a Note 4 and realized today that I'm not going to be able to utilize the larger screen with Logos. Very disappointing. I hope they do something about it quickly.

I have a Sprint Note 4 and the font isn't too small for my over 50 eyes. I find that the font will not get larger after the 4th notch. Fortunately, that size works for me. The 3rd notch is smaller, but readable. the lower ones are not readable.

Thank you Logos for a quick resolution to this problem. I just updated the apps, and the text sizing works as intended.

This issue was fixed quite a while back. Please send a screenshot of the largest font setting on your device so we can take a look.
