Minimizing/deleting left column on Logos' start up page?

This may have been asked before. Can the left column on the start up page in Logos be either minimized or deleted all together? Personally, I have no use for it and it would be nice to give more screen space to the home page.

    Nope.  You can't eliminate the column, however you can empty it by clicking on CUSTOMIZE and uncheck all the items in FEATURES.

    You can, however, choose to simply open Logos to your preferred layout and skip all the marketing, etc. (which is what I, and many other do).

    I too start up Logos either at my last work space or a blank page, but was hoping that we could do otherwise to the home page. Cheers.
