Syntax Search Help

I knew this a long time ago but cannot remember now. Can someone tell me how to create a search replicating a graph when a component is crossing another component. Romans 9:3 (opentext) is an example. The embedded clause in the compliment crosses the subject.

This search finds the gap in Rom 9:3 i.e. the Subject
but I'm not sure how to identify the Subject in relation to the gap. I can find the Subject within the PC (the 'Or' query) but not in combination with the Complement!
Thanks Dave. Your guidance got me going and I figured out where the subject fits in
Note the Subject requires checking matching skips levels. I am just not sure why

I was going batty as I thought I'd tried everything! I've never been convinced that 'gaps' should be an issue because you can never cater for them in a general query as implemented.
