Custom Reading Plan

I am trying to make a custom reading plan, following the M'Cheyne plan as found on the wiki site. I followed all the instructions, but it didn't work. What exactly does this line mean: 5) Run SQLitebrower and open ReadingPlan.db; choose the Browse Data
tab, and then on the Table dropdown; choose ReadingPlan. Double click
the Content cell of the reading plan you just created (it will be the
one with highest Id #). Clear the contents and paste in the xml. Ensure
there are no leading or following spaces.

I just used the same method and it worked for me. The comment about spaces if for when you paste in the xml file. If you just select the entire file in Notepad, you shouldn't have to worry about it. Select it, paste it into the Content cell, and click "Apply changes." Once you do, save the database and restart L4. Your reading plan should be available.

That's what I did too. Did you start by making a new reading plan, selecting the reading plan to use the ESV Bible, read through it in a year, save it, and modify that file with the xml one?

Yes. I followed the guide step by step. One thing I did notice though, the first time I did this, I pasted it to the wrong Reading Plan. I assumed the top plan listed was the one I needed to change--when that didn't work, I re-read the instructions and noted about changing the plan with the highest number. From there everything worked fine.

It worked. I tried it again, and somehow it worked. Neat.
