greek keyboard in win8

I have got the hebrew keyboard to unstall properly. when I click the windows key and space bar the language changes from eng to ayin bet resh or hebrew like it should but greek is not doing anything.
i have tried reinstalling nothing. It says all is fine....I am trying the windows button plus spc bar and just switch from eng to hebrew.
any ideas
