Logos says it's indexing, but nothing is happening

On 10/23/14, the Lexham Bible Dictionary was updated. Since then, Logos says it's indexing and is 0% complete. What should I do about this?

Hi Bill - and welcome to the forums.
Sorry to hear you are having problems.
What version of Logos 5 on which operating system are you running?
I suggest you stop Logos, restart your computer, start Logos again and see if it indexes properly.
If not, please enable full diagnostic logging as per https://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging restart Logos, let it run for a while, stop Logos and post the logs as a reply to this thread.

Restarting the computer took care of the problem - I had tried that yesterday and it didn't work, but today it did.
