I have a same problem with Logos 1.2.1 in Snow Leopard 10.6.1.

Yes. I have noticed the same thing. I am assuming it is due to the font chosen to display the parallel versions. However, there does not seem to be any option to change the font used.
The problem even affects the Spanish Bibles.

I've noticed some strange characters in the parallel bible and compare parallel bible tools. The bibles appear fine when I open them by themselves. Has anyone else noticed this issue?
