website's issue is causing loss on sale..

I wanna purchase more packages, but I can't see anything..
Didn't Logos anticipate this type of issues?

I would recommend patience and prayer on our part for those involved directly in solving problems.
I'm sure it's "all hands on deck" right now in Bellingham. Issues will get resolved eventually.

This is the case with every launch of a new Logos Engine. It is OK! Servers get overloaded. Goodness, even when I worked for Apple (much larger then Logos) the servers got bogged down on iPhone/iPad launch days. No biggie, it happens.
The resources will still be there to purchase, even if you have to wait a little bit. After all, you didn't have them yesterday right? [;)]
