1) At this moment we have no plan to allow for exchanges of Pro Media for something else.
2) The best news is you do not have to have proclaim to use Pro Media. Kaleb, I do not use proclaim but I bought pro media for the reason you stated "to have more to choose from". The only problem is that the Visual Copy can be cumbersome to scroll trough and see all of the templates. I tried to find the templates on my hard drive but could not find them. Can you tell me where these files are stored?

Great! I'll check back in 45 days then. Awesome, I have all my base packages upgraded except for Verbum Basic which I'll probably do later this year. Ah, plus, I added Baptist Starter, so not bad. I should be getting at least $50 bucks!

Do you have to purchase online to get the introductory $50, or will you receive it even if you call and order by phone?
I ordered by phone and received an email stating that I would get the $50 credit.
I've never received such email..
I was about to ask the same question. I ordered my upgrade through my sales rep and it was a little over $500 bucks, so will I get a $50 bucks credit/coupon or do I not qualify because I ordered through phone? I mean, I, like others, still spent $500 even if it was added to my existing payment plan, no? [^o)]

If your cart total was over $500, it doesn't matter if you purchased over the phone or at Logos.com--you will still receive a $50 promotional code within 45 days. This applies to the other free gifts as well (for example, if your cart total was over $1,000 you will receive both the $50 promotional code and Mobile Ed course BI100 free).
Also, we are working through some bugs in our order summary emails, that is why some people didn't receive an email confirming that they qualified for a $50 promotional code. However, regardless of if you received the email confirmation or not: if you qualified for the $50 promotional code you will receive it!

1. Does the amount needs to be in 1 shopping cart? or Can we combine the total numbers from different carts?
2. There's should be more steps between the $2500 and $5000 (this gap is too large). Give us more incentive for those who spent $3k and $4k.
3. To use Pro Media in Visual Copy feature, can we save those templates so we don't have to load from the logos' server? (they seem too slow to load)
