I cannot reproduce this bug. Is there a specific resource or layout you're using that may be creating the issue?

No still happening in 6.3 even after a wipe of my entire machine including a Windows reinstall. To be honest I forgot about this thread and I have just been dealing with it. I don't really have a pattern for when it happens so its not consistent but does happen often. I've just never thought to pay attention when it actually happens. Perhaps I can play around some more this weekend.
