This change for L6 seems to be a little over-the-top!
Look in the top left corner, you have either Koine or modern selected.
In both koine and modern greek delta is TH. In Erasmian it is d.
Of course my computer is indexing and I can't get it to switch pronunciation schemes right now. :-)
