I still can't buy anything, and the pricing is different from what I was quoted over the phone.

That is actually pretty standard. Was the phone price a better deal? That is usually standard operating procedure from my experience.

After digging a bit more, I believe the salesperson misspoke as he was giving me the pricing. He gave me a price of $468 for my upgrade, but what I think he meant to say is that my upgrade price is $46.80 a month for twelve months.
I don't blame the salesperson because they are simply following marketing procedure, but this is one of the reasons why I really dislike the current method of giving pricing for a month-to-month plan before giving a total.
It's confusing and makes me feel like I am buying a used car.
I'm not so sure it was a speako (like typo, only speaking). I'd call back that sales person and talk to them.
