Logos 4 Packaging

I received Logos 4 in a cardboard package that the DVD slipped into. The back of the DVD was against the uneven portion of the cardboard. The DVD has chaffing marks there, and does not work. I require a new one, but more importantly, I believe your shipping packaging should be re-examined.

My system would not read the DVD when I updated to Windows 7, and tried to re-install Logos 4

Come on, Bob, why bother. I received the Logos 3 package and updated to Logos 4 over the internet. It just took 48 hours for the Logos 4 Gold using an 8 MB broadband connection [:@] Not a big deal when you have another computer to continue your daily work...

If you have a way to burn a dual-layer DVD, there is a thread on getting the ISO - http://community.logos.com/forums/p/6067/46972.aspx#46972.  The ISO is located at ftp://ftp.logos.com/Logos4/ISO/SR5/.  It will be a full 7.8 GB to download.
