On the Diamond package comparison page The College Press NIV Commentary Series: (42 vols.) is marked as new to 6. This set is not new to 6, it was included in the Diamond 5 (D5). The D5 lists 40 vols, while the D6 is showing 42 vols. Maybe these two additional volumes is why it is marked new.
JPS Tanakh Commentary Collection (JPSTC) (11 vols.) is also marked new to 6. It was in D5.
