Leaving aside the server problems yesterday, this is my initial reaction when I could finally get in to https://www.logos.com:
1) A link to Recommend for Me. Fine. Clicked on it.
2) A recommendation to buy Diamond??? Why on earth am I being recommended Standard Diamond when even the most rudimentary look on my sales history would show that I should be recommended Verbum Capstone?
3) BUG: Pay Monthly is back!!
4) Why is there no link to the one and only page that interests me at that point: the full comparison chart? Do you seriously think I'm going to do my pre-purchase research by checking out two dozen packages one by one without any ability to compare them?
5) Going back to logos.com, I quickly explored several other options in the banner. Not very easy to find the comparison page from them either. Good thing I already know the chart exists and am capable of navigating to https://www.logos.com/compare/Verbum without your help...
You really need to add links to the Comparison Chart high up on a number of pages. That's the page most [return] customers are going to want to get to as quickly as possible.
