I'm unable to open Logos 5. I get the "Logos Bible Software 5 has stopped working" error with a prompt to close program. I have attempted to reinstall, but that did not correct the issue. Attached are the log files.

It appear to be a security problem - not having access to the right folders.See 'C:\Users\Terin Lyr D'Amico\AppData\Local\Logos4\Data\y21b10us.d15\HomePage\avatar.cache' is denied.
So check your computer security settings for the path.
Yep, saw that and had already checked the security tab under the folder properties. All users have "Full Control".

Try deleting the entire HomePage directory.
