Can anyone help with this error message? I just upgraded yesterday from L5 to L6.

Not all features are available at all levels. Does the package you own include the clause search?
I have the Gold reformed.
I believe you should have the feature. Under ? --> About Logos do you see the following datasets?
'Clause' is not listed...
Try typing "Update resources" in the Command Box.

I think the clue to your problem may be contained in the screen shot - Its the line with the yellow background.
When this disappears you may find that the situation changes.
Indexing doesn't affect Clause Search; the missing resources are the main problem.

The program should have at least displayed "No updates were found" (if there were none). If nothing happened, the command may not have been entered correctly.
