I think this is a problem with the character used for comma in the resource, not in the Visual Copy feature, but I'll leave that up to you guys to figure out.

Note that the commas look kind of weird in the verse this quote comes from. They are upside down.

Other commas in that resource look normal:

But there are other unusual marks in the text like the apostrophe after wherefore, so maybe the backwards commas are intentional and mean something.
But those other not surface-text characters (the apostrophe and the double vertical bars and the angle brackets and footnote character) are stripped out before turning it into an image, so I'm not sure the backward commas really are supposed to be there:
