In case anyone encounters this, I purchased the Logos 6 extended cross grade and 4 hours later Logos was still not auto-downloading the upgrade. I contacted Logos and evidently the package was not unlocked even though I had received a confirmation email on the purchase so the customer service rep had to manually unlock it. That immediately resolved the issue.
