Can't Download Logos Update - Help Please

Logos brought out a large update of about 1gig, but I don't seem to be able to download the update. It stays on 0%, throughout the day I have been able to at times update about 3% then it stops again. I have an internet speed of about 40m/s. I have cancelled the update, restarted logos, restarted Mac several times.

Any suggestions please?
