Is it possible to get to Step 2 or 3 after completing base package purchase?

As I was purchasing my recent base package, I was taken to a step 2 and step 3 where additional resources could also be purchased. Since I knew that there were some glitches with the web site, and since I didn't know how dynamic pricing would work (or if it would), for a pending purchase, I decided to complete the purchase of the base package and check back later. I think we could do this when upgrading to L5.

Now I can't seem to find out how to do this, or if it's even possible.

I sent in a request to customer support, but I'm sure they're busy. Does anyone here know how I might access either of those pages of offers?

If the website isn't down (it is for me), try putting a cheap Starter package in the cart. That should allow you to see the follow-up pages, though you'll have to do the purchases by phone or e-mail to get the discounted prices.
