No Table of Contents available for Journal of Hebrew Scriptures, vol. 1

There is no Table of Contents for the Journal of Hebrew Scriptures, volume 1. All the other volumes have TOCs.

I'm unable to reproduce this (with the same resource file/version that you list). Can anyone else?

Table of Contents works fine for me

Very reproducible on my machine. Would a log file help? Anything else I can do to help you figure out what's going wrong?
