Error: Libronix.DigitalLibrary.ResourceDrivers.dll Verify that you have access to that directory

When trying to install recent updates for Logos 6, I get thi

C\Users\Todd\AppData\Logos5\System\Libronix.DigitalLibrary.ResourceDrivers.dll Verify that you have access to that directory.

I have been to UAC and all my settings should give me full permission so I don't understand what the problem should be. Running Win 8.1, but this also occurs on my Win 7 machine.

Thank you, Andrew. That worked for my Win 7 machine. On Win 8, it is a little different since there is a new way to change permissions, but I found out how to do it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KX3Ev_MfyPM and it worked on Win 8.
