DIY Bible Study

I must say that the DIY Bible Study book included in Logos 6 is a wonderful resource. It is a complete Bible Study course combined with videos which not only teaches you how to study the bible but how to study the bible with Logos. The integration with all your bible study tools on Logos is a real boon for anyone who wants to unlock the potential of this great bible study tool we have.

Well now I have got that of my chest I feel much better!

It is going to become something I recommend to people who haven't had any formal training in Bible Study and Interpretation. Very easy to follow and understand.

2. Off question, is there a way to find out if there are more resources/books that contains media-videos like this? or just books with videos in general? How do I search for those? Nvm, typing "video" in library brought up some resources.

3. Suggestion: when I clicked "download all media", there's no progress bar how far I've been downloading. Can we implement a progress bar for this please?

This is on our list of things to add for media resources, but I don't have an ETA. Just know that it's on our radar.

I cannot get the videos to work

I have the same problems with other videos from

Logos 4,5,6

Had know problems with video and audio with logos 3

It must be something todo with running then from the cloud

Why don't logos make it so I can download the

Video and audio resources to my laptop

Logos 6 needs a way to inport video and audio from Dvd's and Cds from resources in logos 3

Please pass this on to some one in logos, development team

This appears to me to be the equivalent of a basic Survey of the Bible course and Bible Interpretation, PLUS , how to use Logos to do those things.

Fabulous!

Remember though, that Mr. Barry does have his presuppositions, and perspective. Use it to brush up, or learn how to Study the Bible.

But be careful to use it with a careful eye. Overall, though, I think his teaching is pretty balanced.
