Can we access Proclaim Media without Proclaim?

Maybe this has already been asked and answered. (I didn't look too hard.)

In the list of resources for most (all?) base packages is this: "Proclaim Media."

Here's my question:
Since I can't find this in my library, am I right to assume that this is only available if one already owns Proclaim?

If that's the case, should this not be noted in the base package list?

If it is in my library, how do I find it?

I considered deleting the post, but decided to leave it, in case someone else had the same question. However, I do wish this info was available directly from the base package page(s).

I think it is the media collection by which The visual copy feature works. The actual media is not stored locally.

If I understand correctly, Proclaim Media is used to power visual copy (in providing backgrounds). I also understand (with slightly less certainty) that 'Logos Media' returns hits from the Proclaim Media library (in the Passage Guide, etc.). You could then export to PowerPoint, etc., and share via Twitter, Facebook, etc. (should you be so inclined).

Notwithstanding this, I do think that the usefulness of this media is limited apart from Proclaim (unless you are really, really, really into sharing via social media [:D]).

I believe Fred is completely right.

We have a license to the collection. After the license period we will receive an offer to subscribe. All the images are online (just as Proclaim is online).
