Bug: Underscore in Kindle email address

I've come across some very annoying issue. I tried to connect my Kindle account. However, I have an underscore ("_") in my Kindle email addess.

That underscore got stripped when I connected the accounts. So now I have an incorrect Kindle email address in my Logos account, which, if I understand correctly, cannot be changed. Big mess... :-(

You can modify the address on the amazon web site and remove the underscore as the new address is not already in use. If that does not work, Logos should be able to make the change for you.

I believe it's only a bug with the display of the address, but not with how it's stored. A font issue or some such...

I have an underscore in my kindle address too, and it's not displayed in Logos. But it still works.

Have you tried using it?

This bug was reported a long time ago. I'm surprised it didn't get fixed yet. There's going to be a lot of complaints if Logos Faithlife doesn't fix this bug since the Kindle generated addresses generally have underscores in them.
