Some New Reverse Interlinears in Logos 6 are not working

I was wondering if anyone else is having the same problem that I am. I owned Logos 5 Gold edition with many extra books and packages. I recently did the cross grade to Logos 6. I have 3 new English - Greek Reverse Interlinear Bibles in this crossgrade. The RSV New Testament, the NRSV Apochryphal texts and the LES Septuagint. The information window on these 3 resources say that I own the interlinear version.The upgrade comparison chart also says that I already own these resources. Yet when I toggle the interlinearribbon at the bottom of the page or tick the various boxes of the inline interlinear window at the top it doesn't work. Can some one help me with this? Steve, is indexing complete?

If it is try reindexing just one of those resources to see if it works.

Reindex NSRV and Enter in the Command Bar will do that one, etc.

Reindexing won't affect reverse interlinear display; it will just be a waste of time in this case.

It would be helpful if you could paste a couple of screenshots showing the problem.

And it may sound obvious, but can you verify that you're in the part of the Bible covered by the reverse interlinear? The "RSV New Testament" only covers Matt-Rev, for example.

If you are in the OT you may not see the ribbon or interlinear material. RSV is NT only, NRSV Apoc has no OT or NT. LES at present is only apocrypha as well, rest is forthcoming. Try a Sirach ref for the apocrypha material, and an NT ref for RSV. If that doesn't work, please tell us the refs you tried so we can help diagnose the problem.

Thanks for your prompt replies. I have just found out that the only resource not working properly is the LES RI version of the LXX. I have enclosed a number of screen shots that show that the Interlinear functions do not work. In a couple of slides I have 2 windows open for the LES and the Interlinear pane at the bottom of the page is actually working. However the text is from Esdras whilst the book is opned at Genesis 1:1.

I cannot get the ribbon to show anything in Genesis 1 even though you did. In fact much of the OT has no interlinear display of any sort. I can see it in the following:

Hi Mark, thanks for your replies. Although the interlinear pane shows at the bottom of the page you should note a couple of things. Firstly it won't do this unless you have two copies of the resource open. Secondly the text shown at the bottom doesn't match the text on the page. Although I was opened at Genesis 1 the text displayed at the bottom is from 1st ESDRAS!!!!
