WBC CD-Rom but no serial number!

Sorry if this is the wrong place to talk about this but I didn't know where else to turn to and ask for help.
I have received my Word Biblical Commentary on CD-Rom in the mail but no Serial Number was supplied with it.
I have emailed support but I haven't heard from them yet (nearing 3 weeks now).
Is there a way to get those books into Logos 4 without the serial number?

No there isn't. I am assuming a call to Customer Support is not possible or desirable.
Are you sure the response was not blocked by your email program?
Contact Bob Pritchett directly bob@logos.com and explain the issue.

Hi Changhee,
Unfortunately, no... as your license has to be installed (even without the books) before you'll be able to use the books. If yours is a Logos 3 question, as soon as you have the serial number you're all set. If yours is a Logos 4 question, I believe Logos should automatically copy L4 equivalents to the hidden L4 resource folder as soon as you sync your updated L3 licenses back the Logos server.
Either way, you need the serial numbers.
If calling is an option, that's your best bet. If it isn't or is really hard because you're an international customer, try emailing again but put the words international customer needs serial number for WBC. They've had enough instances where this occured that the subject should alert them to help earlier. (That subject should get you out of the L4 support backlog, too.)
Blessings!
Grace & Peace,
Bill

In fact, there is a white rectangle on the back of the case, just perfect for a serial number to be printed inside it. Sadly it's blank.
I'll give it another day or two, and call if there is still no email from support.
I thought that it would be easier to resolve this problem through email since I'm based in Sydney.

I don't think my email is blocking anything from Logos. I got the auto reply from support and these forum posts/replies are coming through to my inbox without a problem.
I'll give them a call when I get the opportunity to do so. Probably early morning for me (Sydney time).

All fixed now!
Finally got an email response today.
I wasn't very keen on the idea of making an international call for support.
I don't know what the US situation is like with phone support but here in Australia phone support isn't always very helpful, being put on hold for a long time for very little results. The telecommunications companies are the worst offenders.
