Does anyone know what time of month the birthday certificates go out? I believe I read on the forum from an employee that these are done once a month in batches. My birthday is this month and I wanted to make sure I didn't overlook the email.

is your profile complete on faithlife?If so email customer support they should fix you up.I thought something similar had happened to me last year, but what had actually happened was that it had been spent on accident on a free title. Hopefully the new checkout system doesn't have that glitch.

Not yet Kevin. I'm trying to remember when I got mine last year but I can't.
I have an October birthday and mine appeared on my home page, which was a nice surprise. I also received a follow up email when it was due to expire.

I got my email december the 8th last year. My birthday was prior to that in December.

As soon as you finally give up (TFPIC), the certificates will be mailed. Preferably you should spend some money first while you are waiting. Because you are probably already eyeing the resource you want. [:)]

No, I have not even heard that there is a Birthday Certificate.
Hmm, I still haven't got mine If you have a November birthday you should check on that. I'm pretty sure they are sent all at once in a batch for the month.
