Footnote indicators should have footnotes

I think I figured out the deal with the below asterisk (pre-pub indicator) but I don't think I should have to "figure it out." Shouldn't there be a notation at the bottom of the page telling me why the asterisk is there? Will I simply receive the resource when it becomes available? This particular resource shows no signs of making it out of community pricing anytime soon. Is Logos going to take it out of community pricing? Will I have to wait 2 years to receive something I purchase now?

Previously, resource still in pre-pub were available shortly after the release of the package or bundle ... often before the site showed them as released. That has led to some interesting confusion.[:)]

Now I see all the fun I miss when I don't pay full attention :-)

Comparison pages seem to have the footnote, but product pages seem to lack it.
There is a post somewhere saying that all included prepubs/CP's should be available some time between now and January, or now and February, or something like that.
Unfinished morphologies, interlinears, and the like is another matter, I dare say.
