Would it be possible to have the Denomination Base Packages have a "New To You" option like the standard packages do? If it is already available I can't seem to find it other than just manually looking through the entire package.
They do. It's just that you have to own an L5 base package for that denomination to see it.

while you're fixing things on the website, you might want to look at the November Sales: most of the products in the overview page don't show the discounts that will be applied on the product page, e.g. overview by price starts at $3.95 with https://www.logos.com/product/201/the-complete-guide-to-bible-versions (which in November is $3.00, 24% discount)
