Hopefully someone can help here at this forum, whereas the Logos support team is currently failing.
Currently using Android v4.4.2,
I have been a user of Libronix, then Logos, now Faithlife, and I have never in the last 15 years as a customer experienced not being able to use the resources I paid for until now.
I can no longer navigate in the bible version "The New American Bible" I have been using with Logos ver4.3.8 (build 286), or now with ver4.3.9 (build 287). I have been instructed to uninstall, then reinstall, but this does not fix the problem of "not being able to navigate".
I have emailed Logos, called logos, and after installing the latest version noted above, still cannot navigate. The navigation function does not allow one to move around the bible, it is stuck on one page even if you select other books, chapters, and verses. That leaves a person with the only option of physically scrolling one page at a time. So, if I want to read something in Genesis, then move to the Gospel of Matthew, I would have to scroll an approximate 1200 +/-pages to get there. I might as well just open a paper hardback version of the Bible at this point. Ridiculous.
Does anyone have a fix for this problem of not being able to navigate in the downloaded Bible resources?
