HELP / Logos lack of support with current Navigation problem

Hopefully someone can help here at this forum, whereas the Logos support team is currently failing.
Currently using Android v4.4.2,
I have been a user of Libronix, then Logos, now Faithlife, and I have never in the last 15 years as a customer experienced not being able to use the resources I paid for until now.
I can no longer navigate in the bible version "The New American Bible" I have been using with Logos ver4.3.8 (build 286), or now with ver4.3.9 (build 287). I have been instructed to uninstall, then reinstall, but this does not fix the problem of "not being able to navigate".
I have emailed Logos, called logos, and after installing the latest version noted above, still cannot navigate. The navigation function does not allow one to move around the bible, it is stuck on one page even if you select other books, chapters, and verses. That leaves a person with the only option of physically scrolling one page at a time. So, if I want to read something in Genesis, then move to the Gospel of Matthew, I would have to scroll an approximate 1200 +/-pages to get there. I might as well just open a paper hardback version of the Bible at this point. Ridiculous.
Does anyone have a fix for this problem of not being able to navigate in the downloaded Bible resources?

To clarify - is this the New American Standard Bible '95 edition or something else?
"not being able to navigate".
Is the error message actually "navigation failed"?
Not trying to be picky but it seems a few users are reporting that problem. See https://community.logos.com/forums/p/94106/653751.aspx#653751 for a discussion.
As Kevin notes in that thread he is unable to reproduce it - neither am I, although I am running a beta version of a later release.

Some questions:
- Are you entering a passage manually or using the graphical verse picker?
- In either case at which point do you get the error message?
- Do you have the resource downloaded to your device?
- If you try another Bible translation do you get the same problem? Here I am trying to understand whether it is a resource-specific issue?

- What device are you using (device vendor, etc.)?
- Did you completely delete 4.3.8 from your device, and then perform a fresh install of 4.3.9 (requiring you to login again)?
- Do you have more than one device and if so, did you update all of them?Does anyone have a fix for this problem of not being able to navigate in the downloaded Bible resources?
Performing a *fresh* install of 4.3.9 has fixed the navigation problem to our knowledge.

We've realized that this issue happens with *some* resources that are downloaded locally, but not all of them... we're tracking it down. As a workaround, if the resource isn't downloaded locally navigation should work.
