Hi Alec - and welcome to the forums

The verse appears but refuses to paste into the Word document.

Trying to clarify this a bit further:

• Is it the "Copy" which is not working or the "Copy and Paste"? 
• What version of Word are you using?
• Does it work if you try and paste into other word processors?
