BUG: 6.0a Beta 1: Create new palette and it disappears when you shut down Logos

Create a new highlighting palette. Defer creating styles within it until a later time because you got distracted and forgot. Shut down Logos. Restart Logos.

Result: The new highlighting palette you'd created has disappeared.

Log file from when I created the palette and shut down Logos: 4174.Logos.log

Log file from after I restarted: 5050.Logos.log
