No Dynamic Pricing for Biblical Languages?

I recall Nathan Parker recently asking this same question, but a search through the forums does not lead me there, and I didn't subscribe to it.

The Biblical Languages base package does not appear to reflect Dynamic Pricing--I purchased a Hebrew Studies Bundle which includes some of what's in the BL package, but there was no price difference before and after.

Or am I missing something?

Thats correct - no dynamic pricing online.

A call to sales should result in a better deal though.

They said it was to be an introductory base package for students; not an add on for those that seem to collect packages (like me).

Bummer... after being on hold for 5-8 minutes, they couldn't offer dynamic pricing anyway. At least not for now. Helpful sales rep, though.

The sales rep I spoke to said to email him a list of what I wanted for a quote, which I've done--that's okay for now. Still curious, though.

I've actually made the purchase from BL 5 to BL 6, but I'm actually not seeing what the differences are. So I can't easily see what did I actually purchase. I've contacted sales, but was told that they can't show me what I actually bought. So now I'm stuck.

I remember that was the first thing that I tried after I made the purchase, but right now I can't remember why it wasn't helpful to me. I think maybe because I purchased the BL6 upgrade along with L6 Platinum upgrade. I can try again today; however, since then I've had many resources updated.

I'm a bit disappointed because I checked with the sale rep before I made the purchase and was told that he couldn't tell me what was new, and I checked with him after I made the purchase and was told that we could only find out what was new if I didn't already own them... catch 22...couldn't win either way. Not complaining too much about the sale rep because he has been helpful in other areas, but I do need some help.

I checked manually and the only difference I found was for Moulton-Howard-Turner Greek Grammar Collection (5 vols.), which is less than what I paid for the BL6 upgrade. So at this point, I'm not sure if the BL6 upgrade was a waste of money because I'm not able to find anything that I actually purchased except for the resource listed above. Not sure if my only available option is to return it and see what I'm missing.

I would normally recommend Rusty.Davidson@faithlife.com, but he's out of town on a long weekend - but he has sent me differentials before... IE this is what you'd lose if you returned this package, this is what this other package would cost in light of that, and so forth.

Another thing you might check is the last update date in your resource folder.

NOTE: I don't use the normal install path, so yours (assuming pc) would be something like c:\users\username\appdata\local\logos5\ etc
