See https://www.logos.com/product/26957/saint-anselms-book-of-meditations-and-prayers followed by https://www.logos.com/product/4672/the-major-works-of-anselm-of-canterbury
One of these things is just like the other, one of these things is just the same.
Seriously, though, I'm thinking about upgrading my Verbum 5 package and I'd like to know what the other three works are. Thanks!
does this help?
As Damian posted, the descriptive content of the Major Works product page is completely wrong. It does not contain the Book of Meditations and Prayers at all---you'll have to buy that separately. Someone overwrote the Major Works description with the Meditations and Prayers description.
If you click the "See Inside" button on the Major Works page, you'll see the correct contents.
"THE present volume of St. Anselm’s most important philosophical and theological writings contains: (1) The Proslogium (2) the Monologium, (3) the Cur Deus Homo, and (4) by way of historical complement, an Appendix to the Monologium entitled In Behalf of the Fool by Gaunilon, a monk of Marmoutiers."
Yes. Thank you Damian.
Thank you, Todd. I should note that In Behalf of the Fool is actually a reply to the Proslogium.
Now that I own the volume in question, I'd like to bump this thread, because the description on logos.com is still wrong.
