BUG: One note attached to a BIble chapter reference displays a note icon at the chapter level and th

1. In NASB, Go to Isaiah 53
2. Right click on the chapter heading and create a note attached to the Isaiah 53 Chapter Reference.
3. A note icon appears next to the chapter title and also at verse 1 of that chapter
4. Both note icons are visible at the chapter and verse 1 levels in other Bible translations (ESV, LEB, Amplified, NIrV, GNB).
5. The note file only shows one note with Is 53 as the only attachment point
6. If I delete the note in the note file, both icons in the Bibles go away.
7. This happened in several books/chapters in several Bibles that I tested (NASB, ESV, LEB).
