Just thought that since a couple of days has gone by, I would report that I am still having issues that are not resolved.
(Sorry...I just read that and realized how funny that sounds...and actually laughed at myself, which now makes me sound crazy...).
Okay, back to the issue at hand.
First, I still have an indexing problem. What I actually have to do is turn off auto update, and every time I have updates or new resources to be added, I have to delete a file (See my thread that says index is stuck at 0%). Anyway, Dave Hooten graciously helped me, and that go around works, but it is a huge pain in the butt to delete the file, and then have to wait all that time to completely re-index.
Can someone PLEASE tell me if this is a common known issue that is being worked on, or should I call tech support in the morning?
Secondly, I still have a truck load of foreign language resource offers on my home page. How can I make that stop????? It fills up my home page, making my home page useless to me (not that I am crazy about that new home page, but that's a different story).
I just want to make sure that I am not calling CS for known issues they are working on and waste their time (and mine) for nothing, but I really would love these matters cleared up.
