BUG in Website: Can no longer easily highlight a portion of a quote in reply

I used to be able to do partial quotes easily, in reply to a post on the forums. NOTE THIS BUG ONLY HAPPENS IN IE 11, NOT CHROME:

Click the reply button of the post you wish to quote

The text of the message shows up in gray above your reply text box. Highlight A PORTION of it, then click the Quote hyperlink.

In Chrome, and of old, you got a quote of just what you highlight, In IE, you get everything and have to edit out the parts you don't want. This can be a challenge if the post had pictures and graphics in it!

Note, this is IE 11 on Win 7 x64.

this is a well-known bug of the forum software when run either under IE or on some mobile browsers (good that Chrome works both in the desktop and in the mobile version). I hope that Joel gets to do some more work on the forum software and maybe fix that, as you're right this can be a nuisance.
